This role will contribute to Consumer Trends Program, which involves: Running ad hoc studies across various industries such as retail, financial services, and autos. Gathering data on consumer behaviors and plans over the next year, particularly in shopping behaviors. Using the insights from these studies to provide sales collateral for advertising clients, showcasing potential customer activities.
* Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% Data Analysis and Report Building, 25% Programming, and 25% Project and Stakeholder Management

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct end-to-end survey research, including design, programming and testing, data analysis, and reporting. Research will be conducted on a variety of topics and across both B2B and consumer audiences.
* Manage project timelines and expectations across a variety of stakeholder groups
* Distill research findings into actionable insights for various stakeholder groups, including marketing, sales, and engineering
* Help build a new system of organization for past research
Skills:
Programming and data analysis skills are a must
Ability to work independently across multiple projects and timelines
Strong organization and project management skills needed
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in market research, marketing, psychology, anthropology or similar
* 3+ years related experience required.
* Experience using analysis platforms such as SPSS or R
* Experience programming in Qualtrics or similar survey platform
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.87 to $32.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
