How to contribute to our vision We are looking for Service Operation Manager to join our service onshore team who will be responsible for the operations activity locally based to ensure customer satisfaction, processes and organization implementation, project profitability insuring a high level of safety, quality and productivity under SGRE standards and the company targets.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:- Site team target setting and spread safety culture in order to project execution with zero harm/accident. This is first SGRE priority
- You will be the manager who works closely with all project teams. You will be responsible of developing team spirit and fostering each member's career, in line with SGRE values and ethics
- Be SGRE representative toward our customers, ensuring satisfaction from Service contract and beyond. Ensure that we are providing best quality service and guaranteeing customer and SGRE interests
- Lead project preparation according to the SGRE Standard, follow-up handover from construction to Service and be the leader during the execution of Service projects, from governance, management, planning and continuous improvement sides, in order to guarantee maximum performance of the wind farms and cost optimization while ensuring that all project targets are duly achieved
- Report on timely manner to management project progress and different KPIs, including profit and losses, cash flow and planning follow-up
- Be accountable for projects profit and loss, and set correct measures to optimize project earnings and minimize financial risks
- Ensure efficient control of risks and opportunities during all contract execution phases

What you need to make a differenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...
- Experience in project management, good track records for operational and commercial aspects, ideally within the wind industry
- Technical Engineer or higher qualification
- 3-8 years' experience in similar position
- Able to identify stakeholders and foster a local network that allows good and long-term relationship
- Be structured and result orientated. Team management and teamwork development skills are appreciated
- Customer focused, able to handle his own workload and set the priorities
- Process and results oriented
- High sense of responsibility and leadership
- Written and verbal communication skills
- English and French proficiency, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent use of Microsoft office package, fast adaptability to new software
- Good negotiation skills
- Job is located in Nouakchott (Mauritania)
