Eni, we are looking for
a Power Substation Supervisor (Shift A) within
ZFOD in the
Zubair Field, Iraq (IPF). You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of substation equipment.
As a member of the DGS North Department at the ZFOD you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring proper functioning of electrical facilities inside substations and that electric power needs for the DGSN are met
- Supervising all operations inside the Electric Substation to ensure that work on field electric motors and equipment is carried out safely
- Participation in the definition of the DGSN energy needs
- Monitoring compliance with HSE operating procedures and implementation of applicable safety and operating instructions
- Rational use of the systems and optimisation of electrical energy consumption
- Electrical isolating of machines before maintenance activities
- Monitoring maintenance work at electrical stations
- Ensuring safe protection of electrical equipment on site before starting any activity
- Providing switching of the electrical network HVT MT LT
- Recording of operating parameters on the main register as well as all events during their shift
- Developing monthly and annual energy balances
- Ensuring cleanliness of SSE units
- Providing support for major improvements to ensure reliability of systems and equipment
- Ensuring full compliance with all HSE regulatory requirements.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Electrical engineering
- Significant experience as Substation Supervisor in an oil and gas plant or refinery
- HSE compliant
- Good management skills
- Fluent in English language.

Rotational 28/28-day, SHIFT A (Day/Night)
