We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our North America (NAM) Application Engineering team within the Chemical and Monitoring Solutions (CMS) division. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and on-site at our Trevose, PA office.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Develop equipment recommendations, specifications, and operational documentation, including control algorithm programming and general hardware and software support.
- Collaborate with system integrators and equipment suppliers to design and implement custom-engineered solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues to customers and the CMS field sales team, either remotely or on-site.
- Enhance process improvement tools to boost team productivity.
- Support the CMS field sales team by offering system design recommendations, scope for custom designs, standard equipment selection, and other technical insights to fulfill customer needs.
- Foster quality sales opportunities by building relationships with field sales and service teams within your assigned region or product focus areas.
- Manage vendor schedules and logistics coordination for all custom NAM projects to meet order commitments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in chemical feed and/or automation product.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel across North America, typically less than 15% of the time, with occasional increases.
- Familiarity with Veolia IP products (True Sense / PaceSetter) or equivalent platforms is desirable.
- Proficient in using G Suite for developing, editing, and preparing project documentation.
- Experience with AutoCAD, PLC programming, and water treatment processes is preferred.
