Responsibilities / Tasks
- Generate purchase orders for SFT.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery to meet business requirements.
- Follow up with Accounts Payable for payment released in due time.
- Vendor evaluation and development
- Source and Create vendors per based of divisions needs and requirements.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Create, update, and maintain supplier purchasing files that are complete with pricing information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse inventory for the division.
- Review and maintain system for all Inventory for the division to meet relevant KPI for inventory.
- Review and address Inventory discrepancies to all relevant stakeholders
- Perform cycle and physical counts of Inventory.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders for suggesting necessary improvement of necessary inventory levels.
- Maintain and review necessary aging inventory.
- Maintain and manage all inventory in batch management.
- Support reverse logistics of inventory management to meet relevant KPIs.
