Region NCE > SBU NCE Service> North Hoyle The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind farms within UK and Ireland. The department has an open and informal culture, where teamwork and good communication is the key to our growth. You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.
Responsibilities - Electrical and mechanical operations
- Maintaining and upgrading installation activities
- Supervising multiple service technician squads to ensure consistent compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Providing technical support, mentoring and guidance to technicians
- Carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs and replacement activities of turbine components
- Registration of time and material consumption in SAP
- Planning service tasks on a daily basis
Qualifications - Ideally completed electrical or mechanical degree from a technical school/college/university or completed an apprenticeship (For example, NVQ L4, HNC/HND in Mech/Elec/Marine, C&G full technological certificate/diploma, Master's in electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
- Professional offshore experience (electrical or mechanical)
- Fluent English skills
- Good knowledge of MS office & SAP Experience advantageous
- Driving license
- Willing to travel to other sites when required, both internationally and within the UK

- Mature and efficient with a high technical drive

- Ability to coordinate the team
