About the Role
The Human Resources Coordinator will be a key member of our People Team, overseeing all staff onboarding and offboarding, handbook management, HR compliance, orientation execution, and our retention program, for Golden Reserve and its sister companies. This role will also support the CPO in executing our internal Retirement Planner Training School. This is a highly visible role within all companies with the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success, along with access to additional career opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities
This position reports to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and will work with the Recruiting Team and Controller.
Human Resources
- Managing the Handbook upgrades and maintenance.
- Maintaining working knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensuring all companies are compliant with training.
- Assist CPO in offboarding process.
- Assist CPO in supporting Performance Improvement Plan management.
Onboarding/Offboarding Process Management
- Facilitating all aspects of onboarding and offboarding team members.
- Assist CPO in facilitating exit processes.
- Managing and delivering orientation experience.
Retention Program
- Responsible for supporting numerous activities that are part of our Employee Retention Program.
- Provide administrative and personnel support.
Retirement Planner Training School
- Assists CPO in supporting our internal Retirement Planner Training School - this school supports Retirement Planners that are in their first six months or on certain forms of corrective action.
- Provide classroom, administrative and coaching support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources experience.
- Proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations in human resources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator.

Compensation details: 60000-75000 Yearly Salary
