EVP NCE - Customer Project Execution - Site Management Team 2The Customer Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures our ongoing safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities - As the Site Manager, Onshore Installation (f/m/d), your main responsibility will be the organisation of construction sites with the focus on safety, quality, budget, and time, as well as to:
- Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress daily
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging challenges
- Analyse, control, and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Qualifications - Formal qualification in the field of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven working experience in the construction industry will be beneficial but not essential
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Understanding of all facets of the construction processKnowledge in process safety standards and local legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in written and spoken English and ideally also have some level of German or Polish
Competencies - Motivated and results-oriented policy maker with a strong emphasis on safety
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance responsibilities and prioritize workloads
- Effective influencer, both independently and collaboratively
- Competent in conflict and crisis management, maintaining professionalism in time-sensitive situations

- Good time and project management skills and ability to obtain and hold Working at Heights Certification
