How to contribute to our vision
For our Service Management team at West Greece , we are looking for skilled and dedicated Lead Technician s for helping our local team covering the wind farms in the region while keeping high service standards both internally and externally.
As a Lead Service Technician, you will be in charge for:
• Annual maintenance, analysis of alarms and predictive maintenance (implementation of actions to avoid turbine stop)
• Guarantee a good level of availability of the Wind Turbines by acting as a local coordinator
• Documentation organization: work orders, checklists, inspection protocols, warehouse, inventories
• Assuring health and safety of all technicians
• Supporting customer remotely and onsite and providing 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for a candidate who has:
• Educational background in electrical or mechanical domain
• Five years of experience of working as a technician, preferably on wind farms, but it's not mandatory
• Experience in stakeholder management
Fluent Greek and English are requested for this position, also a good physical condition and suitability to work in heights and in confined spaces. The ideal candidate should also be used to work with MS Office and have a driving license to move in between the different wind farms to be served and able to promote safety culture.

You have a high professional competency and ability to work by your own, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration and team working skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
