Job Summary
The Talent & Engagement Analyst is responsible for coordinating and executing deliverables linked to talent and succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and other Global T&OE initiatives. This individual is also responsible for generating insights and creating reports tied to areas such as talent and succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Engagement Surveys
Co-lead the project management, coordination, administration, and reporting of annual/bi-annual and ongoing engagement surveys. Also, co-lead to leveraging technology to build ad hoc employee engagement surveys and reporting/analytic solutions.
Talent / Succession planning
Co-lead the project management, end-to-end process creation, coordination, administration, and reporting for Talent and Succession Planning efforts to include the preparation for the annual ELT session and ensuring outcomes/data are linked to other areas/timelines (i.e. Compensation)
Performance Management
Co-lead the project management, coordination, administration, and reporting of the full annual performance cycle. Respond to management/HRBP inquiries regarding the process, timeline, and system. Partner with HRIS to ensure the PM system meets the needs of each cycle; identify system enhancements. Create tools and Quick Reference Guides.
Employee Listening
Co-lead the on-going operations of Medline’s Employee Listening strategy, which includes the administration of on-boarding, one year anniversary and exit interview surveys, as well as event based pulse surveys. Provide input on the development and enhancement of Talent and Engagement Scorecard / Dashboards. Act as a liaison for field analytic requests for HR and the business. Process talent management-related, culture/engagement, and organization effectiveness Statements of Work and invoices.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, training and development, organization development or a related field.
Work Experience
At least 2 years in progressively responsible Human Resources positions in talent management, organization effectiveness, and/or HR metrics and processes.
Experience in end-to-end talent related processes.
Experience with culture and engagement assessments and processes.
Knowledge of HR metrics/standards and experience creating high impact, meaningful reports/dashboards.

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Access. Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and tools such as Survey Monkey, leveraging functionality of Microsoft Outlook.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience
At least 2 years working in a HR-related Center of Expertise.
