About the Role
As Commercial Insurance Client Executive – Real Estate you lead a client service team, organizing and delegating work to service large, complex clients for an emerging specialty insurance broker based in the Southeast known for its vertical market expertise. In close partnership with the producers, you manage the portfolio’s renewal list, develop marketing strategies, negotiate with carriers, and monitor daily service issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your work focuses on stewardship, relationship development, andconsulting so clients can make informed decisions about their insurance and risk management programs. This also means you are deeply involved with the entire insurance program life cycle.
- Manage key service deliverables including renewal strategy, policy review meetings, broker performance evaluations, and coverage implementation
- Participate in marketing and placement initiatives including meetings and presentations with underwriters
- Provide risk management consulting including, but not limited to, answering questions & responding to requests about program additions/enhancements to meet their clients needs + coordinating claims & loss control services
Skills & Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of Senior Client Manager or similar Client Executive experience with a retail agency; a focus in complex real estate accounts is highly preferred
- Active state insurance license
Job Specs
Location: The team is based in Atlanta. A hybrid schedule for local applicants is ideal, however the agency will consider fully remote. This includes for applicants living outside the Atlanta area open to working similar hours and traveling as needed for client and company meetings.
