About the Role:
Job Title:IAM Architect (Saviynt)
Location: Remote
MUST HAVES:
- 8+ years of IAM experience with proven background as an IAM Architect focused on Saviynt
- In depth knowledge of Saviynt functionalities (entitlement management, risk management and compliance)
- Experience integrating Saviynt with various systems (LDAP, Active Directory) and using APIs and connectors
- Strong understanding of Identity governance principles/best practices and working with security frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
PLUSSES:
- Relevant certifications in Saviynt and general IAM/cybersecurity certs
- Familiarity with cloud environments and on prem infrastructure
- Experience with other IAM solutions and technologies
DAY-TO-DAY
As an IAM Architect specializing in Saviynt, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing the identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IAM solutions meet organizational needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and align with industry best practices. Your expertise in Saviynt will be essential in optimizing our identity governance processes and enhancing our security posture. Key responsibilities include:
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Design and architect Saviynt-based IAM solutions to support business requirements and compliance needs.
- Oversee the implementation of Saviynt, including configuration, customization, and integration with various systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, SAP).
- Develop and deploy custom workflows, policies, and reports within Saviynt.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Technical Leadership & Support
- Provide expert-level support for Saviynt-related issues, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and security of the Saviynt environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Implement and enforce identity governance policies and controls to meet regulatory and organizational compliance requirements.
- Generate and analyze compliance reports and conduct audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge Sharing and Training
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members on Saviynt functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Saviynt updates to continuously improve our IAM solutions.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with vendors and external consultants as needed to support project execution and ongoing management.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $ 130,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
