We're expanding into new markets and are currently hiring a Branch Manager to grow our Dubai office.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in the recruiting industry along with specific experience in the staffing and recruiting field. Management experience of a large team in an essential component of this position.

- Provide clear and audited communications for all recruiting efforts and special programs and initiatives.
- Primary POC for all client onsite activity and meetings, including market analysis, marketing and media strategy, labor planning, daily deep dive, and assumption meetings.
- Conduct regular meetings with Client manager regarding all performance indicators specific to their location discuss potential trends or concerns and provide solutions.
- Build and foster relationships with internal business partners to ensure clear communication and direction across departments as it relates to strategy and consistency in standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for creating quarterly and annual individual goals to meet goals.
• Review and optimize sales organization to increase sales.
• Take ownership of your team beyond the sales numbers.
• Be a hands-on sales leader - actively engaged in helping your team close deals.
• Promote positive relationships with partners, vendors, and recruiters.
• Provide clear and targeted feedback on the team to executives to help improve planning and execution of short, intermediate, and long-term goals.
• Communicate openly, honestly, and directly with executives and team members.
• Follow industry trends and competitors - and share that knowledge internally.
• Interact professionally with others.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION• This position has access to and must maintain the confidentiality of the company, client, and employee confidential information according to the Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement, Company Policy and applicable employment and business laws.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:• Minimum of 5-years of progressive experience in management functions (Healthcare, IT, Construction, Hospitality, Operations, Retail industries preferred), preferably client-facing
• 4-year college degree preferred
• Ability to quickly take action to ensure client success
• Exceptional time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak professionally to clients regarding both operations and recruiting
• Advanced MS Office Skills
• Adhere to all client and business ethics codes
• Understands and uses sales reporting tools to monitor performance and track sales goals. I.e. CRM software.
• Uses standardized sales training methodologies to maximize team performance
