Overview
The Business Analyst is responsible for enabling self-service data driven decision-making throughout the organization. The position works closely with the Customer Care team to gather requirements for reporting, testing, modeling and data mining exercises, then incorporates all factors of analyzing and tracking to recommend solutions to our business. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Responsibilities
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role or a Call Center Operations role with exposure to Salesforce/Amazon Connect systems.
3-5 years' experience in report development and analytics, call center experience preferred.
Experience with database systems (using SQL and Python) and Business Intelligence reporting systems (MicroStrategy and Tableau experience a plus)
Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
Familiarity with retail KPIs including sales, gross margin, inventory, etc.
High proficiency with advanced spreadsheet and word processing applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
Meticulous attention to detail
Experience in developing graphical and visual reporting
Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
Knowledge of Retail and a passion for following trends in the industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
