Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas and 5 years as construction or project control.
Education:
- Engineering diploma or equivalent, certification in Project management Professional (PMP) and Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP)
Relevant areas of expertise:
- Participate in developing the work breakdown structure (WBS) by coordinating with planning, procurement, engineering and finance departments
- Collaborates in establishing and managing cost control system for accurate financial information
- Implements and maintain project planning and scheduling
- Applies engineering, procurement, and construction concepts to create and manage simplified critical path logic networks and bar charts
- Evaluate project status against baseline schedules and assess the impact of change or delays during the project execution
- Communicates schedule status to company project management
- Create interactive dashboard with software like Power BI
- Candidate must be rigorous, pro-active, keen to work with multiple entities outside his department
Knowledge of operational tools / systems / programs
- SAP
- Microsoft office software's (Words, excel, PowerPoint......)
- Documentation management software (PRODOM or similar)
- Planning software (Primavera)
