For our Special Onsite Works (SOW) team, under our Service organization in Brande, we are looking for a skilled service technician to strengthen the team. The team is under the global organization in Service, therefore we travel a lot, in order to help our regions.
How to contribute to our vision This position is with local employment in Brande, unless you are travelling. You will be part of a team of 20 technicians, as we are a global unit,travel activity must be expected.
Your tasks will be very diverse, exciting and challenging.
- Gearbox and main bearing inspections with endoscopic camera.
- Creating inspections reports.
- Exchange of main components in our fleet of turbines.
- Onsite test of new components/tools/retrofits as well as evaluation of new designs/tools.
- Role Model for safe, efficient and effective work on-site and knowledge sharing with SGRE colleagues globally.
What you need to make a difference- You are educated as a marine engineer or a mechanical background .
- You are flexible in relation to work, working hours, ad hoc travel and possess high motivation, as well as team spirit.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You thrive with challenging tasks and are be able to deliver, while never losing sight of safety, quality and the end result.
- You are able to use common IT systems, can communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
- You have a valid category B driving license.
