Job Description
The Customer Assurance Manager's primary role is to provide technical support to our customers' field technicians. This important area of our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier, Payne and Bryant families. In addition to phone support, job site visits with the dealer are required to assist with problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers. Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and address post sale issues.

- Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of HVAC design, applications, and diagnostic skills
- Strong foundation in digital tools, computer skills, and virtual engagement necessary.
- Salesforce CRM experience is a welcome plus.
- 5 - 10 years HVAC Residential and Commercial service experience, ideally with Carrier, Bryant, and Payne unitary, ductless, and VRF products
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
