Make history with us.Job SummaryThe Market Sales Lead (MSL) will provide area support for the retail customer, business continuity and field sales execution team. The MSL will drive retail engagement and IDP partnership while being able to troubleshoot and own the resolution of front-line issues. Their primary focus will be retail engagement and the identification of incremental volume opportunities at retailer level to deliver our sales objectives..Retail Engagement Monitor, measure and ensure compliance with retailer expectations Identify incremental compression selling opportunities related to display and distribution and recommend such opportunities to IDPs for execution Create monthly retailer engagement plans and adjust on a weekly basis based on changing retailer priorities Apply business acumen to resolve disputes with retailers; leverage sales technology and data to unlock retailer opportunities Assist with various aspects of pre-event, main event, and post-event detailsIDP Engagement Establish and maintain strong relationships with IDPs Ensure visible engagement and collaborate regularly with IDPs on customer expectations and communicate specific customer expectations and opportunities Provide professional in-the-moment conflict management with IDPs when issues ariseEmergency Services: Coordinate with local BDMs, ZSMs, MDLs and warehouse teams to execute in the moment urgent management tasks to solve retail customer demands through partnership with IDPs Support with store resets based on retail customer demandWhat Matters Most?
