Job Description
As an Account Associate/Account Manager, you will be stationed at a specific heavy industry site, such as a refinery, where you will spearhead our efforts to deliver top-tier water treatment and chemical solutions. This role goes beyond traditional sales-it's about becoming an indispensable technical advisor to our clients, understanding their challenges, and devising innovative solutions that enhance both efficiency and environmental compliance.

What You Will Do:
- Work directly with customers on-site, providing industrial process and water testing analyses.
- Collaborate with a variety of customers to achieve effective and profitable sales in an assigned territory, valuing different perspectives and business models.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with diverse customers by growing new accounts, maintaining existing ones, and demonstrating the value of Veolia's products and services customised to their unique business models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEM field (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Biology)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the water treatment industry, preferably in heavy industry (refining, power generation).
- Experience in chemical sales, customer service, accounts management or industry operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work in diverse industrial environments, valuing different work styles and approaches.
- Demonstrate independence and self-starting capabilities after training
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for effective written/verbal communication.
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills, appreciating diverse communication abilities.
