Senior Engineer, Safety - 30356At Eni, we are looking for a Senior Engineer, Safety to act as part of the Safety and Environment team across projects, potentially acting as the Project Discipline Leader on individual projects. You will be advising projects on HSE regulatory compliance.

EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such, typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this.
As a member of the HSE Department at Eni Progetti you will be responsible for:
- Production of project safety deliverables (HSE Plans, HSE Philosophy, ToR's for Safety workshops).
- Attending safety workshops (HAZID/ENVID, HAZOP, SIL),
- Safety action management and sign off.
- Liaising with clients and at times external stakeholders.
- Acting as PDL for a UK project, ensuring deliverables are issued to support the projects schedule.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working on energy projects, including oil and gas design projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to produce high quality deliverable on schedule.
- Experience of writing HSE plans and Philosophies.
- Experience in SIMOPS.
- Experience in ALARP demonstration.
- Experience in working within Safety Cases.
- Experience working on CDM projects.
- Experience in decommissioning projects.
- Experienced in CCS projects.
- Experience in attending safety workshops (HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/ALARP).
- Experience in site surveys.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Microsoft office proficient.
- Project experience.
- Experience of working within multinational FEED projects.
- Team Player - willing to develop and learn new skills as well as sharing existing knowledge with others.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
