Responsibilities:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in financial or business administration, construction management, or a related field.
Master's Degree preferred, with 4 years of management/director-level experience substituting for the Master's degree.
8 years of experience in construction management or financial administration with increasing leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Financial Oversight and Reporting (60%):
Establishes and manages project control frameworks, ensuring cost and schedule objectives are met.
Manages project financials, including cost reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Oversees scheduling activities and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Business and Financial Analysis (20%):
Produces project/program control reports and analyzes project spending.
Develops analytics for vendor performance, change orders, and project overruns.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills (10%):
Maintains effective relationships with various stakeholders, including construction managers and client's partners.
Communicates critical updates and ensures coordination with the Design & Construction team.
Implementation & Training (5%):
Trains and mentors staff on project controls, and implements project management systems and tools.
Other Duties (5%):
Additional duties as assigned, including emergency response and mandated reporting responsibilities.
Licenses/Certifications:
Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) is required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained.
Professional certifications relevant to cost management, schedule management, and project management are preferred.
Medical Enterprise - Non-Clinical Onboarding - Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date, with no exceptions.
