**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Petroleum Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating reserves databases, providing type curve analysis, estimating revenue accruals, and assisting in the preparation of reserve reports. The Petroleum Engineer will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to maintain timely and accurate reserves reporting. Looking for an entry level candidate for this position that will learn & grow with our team.
**Duties:**
- Update production forecasts and type curves in reservoir database for large mineral portfolios
- Evaluate well-level revenue for large mineral portfolios
- Evaluate well drilling proposals
- Assist in preperation of reserve reports for large mineral portfolio and non operated oil and gas assests
- Collaborate with geoscientists and other engineers
- Assist in preparation of reports and analysis to stakeholders
- Utilize BI and GIS software to analyze and visualize data related to the project.
- Utilize engineering evaluation software including ARIES
**Skills:**
- BS or higher in Petroleum Engineering (or related engineering discipline)
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ARIES and other engineering evaluation software
- Self directed and capable of working in small team environment
