Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting (Unscheduled incidents at Windfarms), First level support resolving issues that arise during execution
- Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment. Day to day management of all wind farm activities
- Contributes to maintenance activities on turbine and/or site level
- Validate and approve completed checklists - Standard and Non Standard work
- Gather information for incident investigation
- Weekly support of Mean Time Between Visits (MTBV) productivity
- Evaluate and change of gearbox and hydraulic unit oil
- Report deviations to work orders (WO), checklists (ZCH), Records and incidents
- Evaluation of repetitive faults with the aim of implementing improvement plans
- Provide feedback to and offer suggestions to improvement of the work procedures.
- Technical Assistance to the Maintenance Team
- Analysis and distribution of the Service Bulletin
- General warehouse maintenance and cleaning
- Process and tool implementation and adherence
- Service team supervision
- Service team development
- Assessing turbine visits - tools, documentation, materials
- Setting to work safely for daily operations
- Day to day management of all wind farm activities
- Requesting the order of needed materials Performs mainly pre-defined, technical tasks (for example, basic commissioning of products and systems, integration of components to a system, basic engineering, maintenance jobs) and work packages on-site and remotely.
- Supports customer remotely and onsite, and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues.
- Coordinates and accomplishes defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for customers equipment.
- Supports in generating sales leads for pre-defined service offers and contributes to planning activities.
- Adheres to defined processes and applicable regulations.
Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience - Driving is an essential function of the job and applicants must have a valid driver's license at the time of application with an acceptable driving record.Employees must maintain a valid license and acceptable driving record and may be subject to periodic DMV checks of their license.
- 3 to 5 years experience relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
