The ImpactAs part of a larger Infrastructure Operations team reporting to the Director of Digital Technology & Enterprise Infrastructure - Lab Services, the Manager, IT will be responsible for driving success for the solutions servicing Integrations and Migrations.

You will demonstrate an exceptional level of team building and the intuition to recognize and direct the varying elements of project and personnel demands that drive a successful technology company forward. You have the ability to make sound decisions after carefully gathering and evaluating the facts.
What The Role Offers - Continuously working on developing staff through training initiatives
- Identifying and resolving team conflicts and eliminating obstacles affecting performance and providing guidance and motivation for the team to achieve goals outlined in established policies.
- Providing technical or project management direction
- Prioritizing time against project lists in a changing environment
- Researching and recommending improvements to current processes and procedures and providing input on global direction
- Communicating departmental requirements and working effectively with other internal departments
- Managing, training, and developing staff ensuring high levels of employee engagement and the opportunity for upward growth with increased responsibility
What You Need to Succeed - Minimum 3 years of team management experience in medium to large enterprises, preferably with international exposure.
- Proven experience managing technical SMEs across diverse skill sets.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies, especially VMware.
- Familiarity with major server hardware ecosystems like Cisco, HP, and Dell.
- Expertise in public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Ability to guide teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex infrastructure projects simultaneously.
