This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and AnalysisCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed requirements for the SaaS land application.Conduct thorough analyses of current land management processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Assist in translating business requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements for IT and vendor teams.Support and Maintenance:Provide day-to-day support for the SaaS land application, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating problems as needed.Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of new features, updates, and enhancements to the SaaS application.Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation to ensure effective application use.Data Management and Reporting:Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of land management data within the SaaS application.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.Assist with data migration, data cleansing, and data integration activities as part of application implementation and upgrades.Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, discuss project status, and address any concerns.Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the SaaS application.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS applications, land management solutions, and business analysis.Identify opportunities for process improvements, technology enhancements, and innovative solutions that drive business value.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and implementing lessons learned."Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Land Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field, with a focus on SaaS applications.
