As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative process improvements within the KCH organization. Your primary focus will be on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness by analyzing existing workflows, identifying pain points, and devising strategic solutions to optimize processes. Through your creative and analytical thinking, you will drive positive change, streamline operations, and contribute to the continuous improvement culture of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current business processes, mapping out workflows, and identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ideation and Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas, methodologies, and technologies to address process inefficiencies and challenges.
- Strategy Development: Develop and propose strategic plans to implement process improvements, including clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring success.
- Project Management: Lead the implementation of process innovation initiatives, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful execution and monitoring progress.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data sources
- Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and employee buy-in when implementing new processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration by effectively communicating with teams at all levels, presenting findings, updates, and project outcomes to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Best Practices: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to process innovations, and proactively incorporate relevant insights into the organization’s strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, iterating and fine-tuning strategies as needed to drive ongoing optimization.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or similar roles.

Knowledge of process mapping methodologies, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other process improvement frameworks is a plus.
