Position Summary
Site Lead/ Project manager Kollsnes and Sture
We currently have a vacant position as site lead for the inspection activities at Kollsnes and Sture.
The candidate in question will work in a team with skilled colleagues in a good working environment. The job is versatile and varied, and you can largely control your own day. The position requires local and daily presence
at the facility. As site lead, you will both work into the delivery with inspection, and have several overall management tasks. In order to be successful in being able to deliver in the delivery, the candidate will either have to have certificates and several years' experience in operational inspection or NDT, or have a good academic background in welding, material technology and corrosion. For this position , good
written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English are required

- Planning and coordination of personnel and equipment and quality assurance of delivery
- Further develop the department's services, markets and procedures
Typical direct work tasks towards one of the goods deliveries can
be:
- Planning of inspection equipment and/ or structure of facilities in operation
- Quality assurance of completed work orders
- Review of inspection reports and evaluation of results
- Notification of the need for changes in the FV program
Be
a professional support player and resource person for customers, as well as internally in the department
Qualifications
- Experience as a team leader or project manager
- Bachelor's degree in material/machinery/marine or certification within NS415, as well as several years' experience in operational inspection or NDT
- Good system and process understanding
- Good written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English
- Knowledge of the software SAP and STID is an advantage
