The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed. Working closely with logistics, procurement and finance departments, the team must keep the project on budget and on schedule and ensures our ongoing safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities - Oversee your department's impact on the value chain, ensuring safety, responsibility for deliverables, and cost-consciousness in project budgets
- Provide clear direction to Site Managers, delegate tasks effectively, balance office and remote leadership, and actively support change management
- Set and meet targets and KPIs, allocate resources, and ensure high safety and quality standards on construction projects
- Coach and motivate team members, promoting continuous improvement and skill development
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and safe working environment, resolving team conflicts, and building positive cross-functional relationships
- Adjust leadership style and objectives to changing circumstances, fostering flexibility and responsiveness in the team
- Promote cultural awareness and open collaboration, ensuring decisions consider diverse perspectives and support an international mindset
Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years' experience in leading leaders or project managers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
- Solidunderstanding of management principles and proven people leadership experience
- Experience in remote management, as well as planning and coordination
- Solid knowledge of high-level construction and operational processes
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
