As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in managing our online presence, leveraging digital marketing tools and analytics to achieve our business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and sales through our eCommerce platform.
- Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, in-app marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage budget and resources for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors and other external partners as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the eCommerce space.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc).
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
