Director of Product Marketing Overview:Incident IQ is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Product Marketing to lead our Product Marketing team. This leader will be our chief evangelist for translating our solution into our buyer's language and environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple product offerings and scaling teams in a fast-growing environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the messaging across our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams is consistent to the market throughout the customer's lifecycle.
Director of Product Marketing Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the Product Marketing team, providing direction and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain the messaging house, ensuring consistent and compelling communication across all customer-facing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Build and nurture key relationships across the organization to drive alignment and product adoption.
- Drive product marketing initiatives and campaigns to support revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Develop strategies to effectively communicate product value propositions to different market segments.
- Lead efforts to scale the product marketing team and processes in a rapidly growing business environment.
Director of Product Marketing Requirements:- Proven experience with managing multiple product offerings and driving successful product marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience scaling product marketing teams amidst substantial organizational growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Highly preferred experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on delivering clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
