EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS ASSURANCE OFFICER
Primary Purpose of Job
The primary purpose of the Emergency Preparedness Assurance Officer - Assurance/Compliance is to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of QatarEnergy's emergency management system and incident management procedures across joint venture companies. This includes performing regular inspections, audits, and assessments to enforce compliance, enhance emergency preparedness and response in industrial cities.
Education
1) Degree in Science, Emergency/Disaster Management, or related technical discipline from an internationally recognised university. 2) Professional qualifications in Emergency/Disaster Management from internationally recognised bodies desirable.
Experience & Skills
1) At least 15 years work experience in a HSE role in the oil and gas industry with at least 10 years in management of emergencies in a large multinational corporation. 2) Proven experience in working in diverse teams across several organizations.
