Job Description
Join our team as an Associate/Account Manager and make a lasting difference in the local community while contributing to the business growth of our operations in the Fermont and Labrador City regions, Newfoundland and Labrador.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to use their skills and expertise to help drive business development and expansion in a region with enormous potential.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide technical advice and services to heavy industry customers, as an expert in the field.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve their objectives, as a trusted partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations and technical services to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications
- University degree in engineering, biology, environmental science, technology or chemistry.
- Fluent level of French, both spoken and written.
- Fluent level of English required in order to be able to collaborate with clients based in Labrador City, follow technical training, as well as communicate with certain English-speaking contacts internally.
- Experience in water treatment, customer service or related field is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments, including heavy industrial facilities.
