NVIDIA is seeking an experienced OEM Enterprise Sales Manager with a proven track record of winning and leading a sophisticated eco-system in the OEM landscape locally. This full-time position requires close collaboration with NVIDIA executive management, Alliances & OEM team, channel team, marketing, solution architects to drive revenue for the company. Furthermore a solid understanding and business experience in the overall OEM enablement in different aspects as Sales, Pre-sales but also OEM channel teams. You should have the ability to demonstrate the experience and industry credibility working also at the “C” level with the area of responsibility. We are now looking for an OEM Enterprise Manager – based in the Germany.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive OEM Enterprise business at country level including enablement, training and business/pipeline management. Work with OEMs on Funnel, Pipeline & Revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. This covers OEM & channel OEM businesses.
Engage & lead the channel Enterprise OEM teams at OEMs, drive & implement programs by working closely with OEMs & NVIDIA channel team. Work closely with NVIDIA HQ OEM channel team for WW programs.
Enable & train OEM Enterprise teams on NVIDIA platforms, solutions & technologies.
Develop and complete a GTM strategy & business planning link to NVIDIA key initiatives & OEM strategy for the NVIDIA entire portfolio in Enterprise including both hardware and software.
Collaborate between the different ecosystem players.
Ensure ongoing Reporting & Transparency.
Ability to travel as much as >40% of the time.
Report to Alliances & OEMs EMEA team, you will work closely with the in-country NVIDIA Channel & Sales teams.
What we need to see:
5+ years OEM Enterprise sales & OEM Enterprise channel experiences in IT industry selling solutions within selected countries.
Proven track record of execution covering business management, channel engagement, programs, enablement & training at OEMs.
Ability to drive sophisticated eco system, to become a trust advisor and the key OEM local partner to position NVIDIA Enterprise solutions.
Ability to balance between actual operational execution and long term strategy – focus & flexibility.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Open, like to educate & transfer knowledge.
Autonomous, Self-motivated, strong execution capability, aggressive and passionate.
University degree or above or equivalent experience in economics/international business combined with computer science background.
Proficiency in English – any further European languages would be a plus.
