NVIDIA is seeking a strong engineer with vast ASIC design experience to join the chip design methodologies team. The team is in charge of the design and verification methodologies, shared code, training and adapting new technologies, and has a key role in making sure that the chip design team works in an efficient manner, and provides high quality deliveries. What you'll be doing:
- Develop shared design code and solutions to be widely used by the chip design team
- Develop groundbreaking methodologies and innovations to create flawless experience for chip design engineers
- Collaborate with designers and verification specialists across the teams to understand existing problems and form the best solutions and methodologies
- Collaborate with design automation team to provide end to end solutions that combine design, verification, simulation and automation.
- Get in touch with EDA vendors to learn about cutting-edge tools/technology and apply them into our development process
- Develop training sessions
What we need to see:
- A Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on pre silicon design experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability & desire to innovate
- Exposure to design and verification tools
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Wide system level understanding of the chip design flows and understanding of simulation tools
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Extensive CDC or Power expirience
