OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Public Relations Representative to join our Planning & Performance Management Division (PPMD) within our Technology Oversight & Coordination organization.
PPMD serves as the central hub for operational planning, financial management, procurement services, communication services, and business intelligence within Aramco's Technology Oversight & Coordination organization (TOC). Its key responsibilities encompass aligning strategic plans with operational initiatives, developing comprehensive budgets and performance metrics, providing procurement and communication services, and providing ongoing reporting and consultation to optimize organizational performance. By integrating planning and performance management functions, the division ensures that organizations have a clear roadmap to achieve their objectives, allocate resources effectively, and enhance accountability.
Your primary role is to help lead in the preparation of plans and programs which are designed to present and interpret TOC operations and policies to its employees, the international press, and the general public. You will also analyze public relations problems and situations, and make recommendations for formulating programs and in advising executive management on the public relations implications of company policies and programs. Additionally, you will assist TOC management in assuring that all public relations media effectively represents TOC and Aramco's point of view, in an effort to foster technologies developed by our company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Develop strategic messaging plans on a corporate level, and drive those messages through the company's communication channels to appropriate audiences.
- Address issues by leading the development of company positions and prepare communication plans to mitigate risks.
- Advise and counsel key internal stakeholders on their plans, programs, and operations.
- Develop and prepare special reports and proposals for presentation by corporate leadership to the Board and at shareholder meetings.
- Provide consultation and advice to internal stakeholders in the preparation of informative material across various media for dissemination to company employees and the general public, such as miscellaneous publications of technical and sensitive nature.
- Participate in studies leading to policy recommendations to executive management on public relations issues.
Minimum Requirements - As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Education or Public Affairs .
- You will have a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in the field of Public Relations and communication.
- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies, manage media relations, craft compelling messages and engage diverse audiences.
