Tax Manager

We are working with our client, McLeod/Ascanio in seeking a Tax Manager, to be based in the Cumberland Foreside office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- CPA licensure
- 8+ years of tax experience at a CPA firm.
- Proficiency with Tax preparation software: Firm uses Intuit Lacerte
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project and time management skills.
- Ability to commute to office Monday through Friday and able to work overtime during tax season.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in firm management including personnel and strategic planning.
- Serve as a primary client relationship for business and individual tax clients ensuring services are delivered timely and efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate team members.
- Review and sign tax returns for individuals and entity engagements.
- Assist in tax planning for business and individual clients.
