Global Client Experience / Permanent position / Québec City or Montréal / Hybrid
As part of the Growth Hub team, the Strategic Advisor, New Business is responsible for leading the planification, development, financial management and execution of new strategic initiatives focused on growth opportunities. This role will be responsible to provide Growth Hub expertise to shape and execute enterprise-wide client growth programs to double our product penetration with our clients. This will be conducted in partnership with business sectors and will require strong collaboration and alignment with leaders across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Design, scope, and assess strategic initiatives, in collaboration with various stakeholders (e.g. product profitability, targeted segments, channels selection, etc.) and get buy in.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business as well as clients' and financial security advisors' needs and provide transparency of roadmap and execution progress.
- Lead multi-disciplinary meetings that drive forward the execution of key strategic projects and programs.
- Research and identify business incentives and programs to increase # of product per client that will drive profitable growth and increase client lifetime value.
- Identify and maintain business rules and processes for leads & opportunities attribution process for cross-selling initiatives.
- Oversee referral agreements regarding cross-selling initiatives within the group.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all sales and corporate leaders including members of senior and executive leadership team.
- Act as key liaison between various departments and functions to deliver and execute strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership in proactively addressing gaps, risks, and opportunities for the business in consultation with senior management and other departments.

- P&L management experience with demonstrated history of driving profitable services/program adoption and growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to think strategically and critically in developing solutions to complex problems.
- Solid market and finance analysis and analytical skills
- Effectively communicate and influence with key insights, ideas, and strategies, to peers and senior leadership teams in a clear, compelling, and concise manner
- Knowledge of Insurance and Wealth industry (product offer, distribution channels) with strong leadership skills
- Strong experience in working and managing multi-disciplinary teams in executing against major project and delivering results.
- Planning and organizational skills with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities, ability to manage functional programs independently.
- Robust presentation, documentation and analysis experience
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, MBA preferred
- Experience in inancial industry required.
- 10+ years of strategy, consulting and/or business development experience.
