In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Classic Crusher Spares to develop and implement market-specific sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Growth: Increase market share by boosting sales and profitability for the Classic Crusher Spares product group.
- Customer Engagement: Travel to customer sites with Market Area/DMO/Distributor sales organizations to support all phases of sales, product presentations, and critical installations.
- Streamline Sales Processes: Organize proposal documents to facilitate ease of sale.
- Training and Development: Train market area personnel, DMO personnel, and distributor personnel on sales strategies for Classic Crusher Spares products.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop localized marketing strategies with the BU head to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Product Innovation: Collect input from end customers, market area, and product line personnel to identify potential new product offerings.
- Digitalization Projects: Support digitalization projects as a content manager.
- Representation: Represent the Classic Crusher Spares product group at trade shows, internal and external meetings, and conferences.
- Marketing and Training Tools: Aid in the development of marketing, training, and productivity tools.
Who You Are:
- Proven Track Record: A consistent history of achieving professional goals and maintaining dependability.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with all stakeholders, including all levels of users and management.
- Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen and key interpersonal skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the metals, mining, or aggregates industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering.
- Professional Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
