*Hybrid position based in Ashburn, VA.
We are seeking a skilled Datacenter Project Manager to oversee the deployment of advanced security solutions within client environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Consultant Program Manager to ensure seamless execution of security system projects, maintaining high standards for quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project schedules and plans for security solutions.
- Oversee third-party vendor compliance and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment with Global Security Design Requirements (GSDR) and client standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reporting metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead project-related meetings, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Validate system installations, address issues, and oversee final turnover to the GSOC.
- Continuously refine processes through after-action reviews and lessons learned.
Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles, particularly with physical security systems.
- Familiarity with datacenter security environments and IT principles.
- Knowledge of security systems, including Lenel, Milestone, and Galaxy (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD LT (desirable), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Special Requirements: - Ability to travel domestically as needed (occasionally with short notice).
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends during emergencies.
