Position SummaryThe successful candidate will be joining a new business strategy team whose focus is advancing the implementation of PG&E's Lean methodology within the CC&S and larger Customer Experience organizations. The candidate will build out cross-functional processes for our daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews, which involve tracking and reporting out on key performance indicator (KPI) metrics. This includes procedures for tracking action item resolution and updating Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs), documenting and maintaining the team's standard work, procedures for tracking and aligning business narratives, and the preparation of metric owners to report findings at operating reviews.
In addition, the candidate will support the CC&S Vice President in preparing onsite and remote staff meetings, occasionally leading operating reviews, tracking and driving completion of team action items, and maintaining team SharePoint sites.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The position may also require travel into the Oakland General Office (OGO) to attend monthly meetings.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $98,000
Bay Area Maximum: $146,000

California Minimum: $93,000
California Maximum: $139,000
Job Responsibilities• Evaluates and measures success of various business processes, practices and procedures and identifies opportunities for improvements. Compiles and analyzes data, documents work process and procedures, conducts internal and/or external surveys and interviews to identify and quantify issues and recommend solutions.
• Develops and updates quality standards, monitors quality, identifies issues and recommends improvements, includes process mapping and process redesign.
• Develops/delivers end-to-end process training materials to better support business needs. May develop change management plans and/or deliver end-to-end process training in a one-on-one or group setting.
• Conducts studies and develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders.
• May manage small-to-mid-size projects, determining scope, budget, timeframes, form teams, assign tasks, manage resources and issues.
QualificationsMinimum
• Bachelor's degree in communication studies, marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 4 years of related or equivalent experience
