Job DescriptionJob SummaryDelivers HR policies, procedures, services, and solutions to an assigned area of the Corporate Support Center, to include, but not be limited to, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, pay administration, succession planning, delivery of training, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and engagement. Job ResponsibilitiesPartners with the Global Strategic HRBP to execute strategic and tactical HR tasks, where applicable. Supports the people strategy to ensure HR strategy is aligned with the business plans and overall objectives.Performs as a trusted advisor on a wide range of people issues, which may include items, such as coaching, policy interpretation, employee relations, employee development, recognition & rewards, etc.Partners with COEs in creation of programs and/or solutions. Supports the implementation of HR COE designed strategies, processes, and programs along with providing input and perspectives on COE initiatives. Ensures fair and consistent approaches across the organization.Accountable for the deployment and early adoption of new program roll-out and ensures communication, and compliance by the Division/Department.Provides leadership, management, coaching, feedback, and, when/where appropriate, participates in performance improvement conversations with managers.Accountable for the education of managers on HR initiatives, processes and strategy; takes appropriate action to support the programmatic delivery of the HR strategy; provides input into how to realize the HR strategy for applicable area. Partners to build organizational capabilities to address resource and operational challenges. Partners with appropriate COEs on Team Member development needs. Identifies competency/skill gaps and may recommend learning & development solutionsPartners with Talent Acquisition to build a strong pipeline of talent to ensure a diverse, high performing organization. Works with TA to secure top talent and ensure they are properly on-boarded.Manages the annual implementation and review of the Performance Management and Rewards program.Participates in calibration sessions and advises management on appropriate approach regarding employee performance.Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and HR best practices.Partners with leadership to build and drive a positive Team Member experience to drive engagement and inclusion.
