About Us: ALN Apartment Data is the leading provider of accurate and reliable research tools for multifamily apartments. We are searching for an API Integrations Specialist to join our exciting and dynamic team in the Carrollton/Addison, Texas area.
Job Description: As a data engineer on our team, you will support data integration processes for both importing and exporting data. This will require a candidate to help with data structure and will utilize programming languages and Restful API’s. You will work with both internal personnel and external clients to troubleshoot, optimize, implement, and monitor data and programs. The ideal candidate will be curious, intellectually inclined, a quick learner and a team player. Strong written and verbal communication will be necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data integration processes for importing and exporting data.
- Maintain and monitor database
- Experience logging/error checking code
- Work with internal and external clients to troubleshoot, optimize, implement, and monitor data and programs.
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability through effective integration practices.
Must Haves:
- 0-3 years of experience working with data analysis/engineering
- Programming experience (i.e. Python, JSON, HTML, CSS, C# etc.)
- Understanding of ETL processes.
- Familiarity with API's
- Background with SQL
- Strong security mindset and understanding of best practices.
Additional Beneficial Experience:
- Experience gathering or pushing data into CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
- SQL Server or MySQL experience
- Experience with REST API integration.
- Programming experience with C#.
- Geospatial querying experience.
- Experience with Azure cloud services.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
