NVIDIA’s Omniverse team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive sophisticated programs that are critical to our operational success. As a Program Manager, you will ensure that our critical initiatives are flawlessly implemented, aligning with our value stream objectives and broader business goals. You will work closely with various teams—including Product Management, Engineering, Technical Program Management and Operations—to optimize value stream-based planning, lead interdependencies, and maintain alignment across all program components, driving progress.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate the execution across critical program areas using Agile practices, ensuring all components contribute effectively to meeting the program’s objectives.
Employ adaptive frameworks for planning and decision-making, leading dependencies within the program to maintain alignment and operational integrity.
Provide regular, structured updates on program status to internal partners, improving visibility and encouraging communication.
Establish governance structures, setting reporting cadences and operational guidelines to drive critical decisions, communicate challenges, and ensure program activities align with organizational standards.
What we need to see:
Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex programs within a technology-driven environment, demonstrating a capacity to navigate and align multiple project streams.
Strong ability to think strategically about operations, business challenges, and program management, with an interest in turning sophisticated plans into actions.
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to successfully lead teams through influence and articulate program goals and requirements succinctly.
Robust problem-solving capabilities, with a history of identifying and addressing operational and strategic challenges, ensuring smooth program delivery.
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Sophisticated agile certifications. Experience working in and maintaining agile work systems is desirable.
Operated in a fast-paced live-service/SaaS/PaaS environment.
Working in highly matrixed organizations with multiple development teams and objectives.
Deploying services in various CSP environments, deep understanding of API architecture
You’ve taken products to market and understand the GTM activities.

The base salary range is 156,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
