Weekend Availability Job Summary:Our dealership is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented
Service Drive Vehicle Appraisal Specialist to identify opportunities for trade-ins among customers visiting the service center. The ideal candidate will evaluate vehicles in service, provide accurate appraisals, and present trade-in offers to customers, promoting the purchase of new vehicles from our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with service center customers to discuss the benefits of trading in their current vehicle.
- Perform on-site vehicle appraisals to assess trade-in value accurately.
- Communicate trade-in offers clearly and professionally, highlighting the advantages to the customer.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to identify customers eligible for trade-in opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of appraisals and customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay informed on current market trends and dealership promotions to support appraisals and trade-in offers.
- Meet or exceed monthly appraisal and trade-in targets set by the dealership.
Qualifications:- Prior experience in automotive sales, appraisals, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate vehicle condition and understand market value.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Proficiency with CRM software and dealership management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary:$80,000 - 100,000.00 inclusive of bonuses.
