The Facility Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the site's 50-person warehouse, including 3 shift Supervisors, within the greater 800-person facility. They understand the connections between our end-to-end processes of planning, production, and warehouse operations. The Manager facilitates communication between the Warehouse Operations group and Planning Operations teams. They must build relationships with various site leaders and align on process improvements, enhancements, and system effectiveness.
In alignment with Act 593(B), this position is considered safety sensitive as this employee ensures proper storage and handling of ingredients and semi-finished goods.
Responsibilities
• Performance Management: Set and meet the facilities goals on safety, production and quality. Manage programs, processes, reports, trends, and issues, as well as resolve gaps. Support the Team and process improvement environment to empower and challenge employees.
• Responsible for activities of Warehouse Supervisors, Receiving Supervisors and hourly members.
• Budget: Setting, reviewing, evaluating and communicating the DC budget. Work on variance explanations and corrective forecasting with Finance on a monthly basis.
• Uphold environment of Continuous Process and Cost Improvement.
• Oversee the efficient operation and inventory management of the distribution center by utilizing SAP EWM and other factory management systems, ensuring that all inbound and outbound shipments are handled expeditiously and according to company service level standards.
• Support and align with all planning and production activities including shipping, receiving, storage and handling of ingredients, packaging, WIP, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills (facilitating, conflict mgmt, change mgmt.), can maintain a positive attitude and the ability to motivate people is needed.

Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or the candidate should be working toward the completion of a Bachelor's Degree. Additional experience will suffice in lieu of a degree.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role, with a demonstrated understanding of end-to-end processes through planning, production, and warehouse management.
• Experience with SAP EWM or similar warehouse management systems is required.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate and solve warehouse variances.
• Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships with other site leaders as well as warehouse managers from other sites.
The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
