core responsibilities Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial & Predictive Planning Systems, the Senior Financial & Predictive Planning Analyst will
be based in Vancouver and be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing an automated, machine learning revenue and OPEX models.
- This role is expected to utilize advanced statistical algorithms and expertise in machine learning as well as business acumen to extract insights, patterns and predictions from large datasets to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Financial Systems Manager to support the planning and reporting tools (Oracle EPM) for the global FP&A team.
requirements - Relevant experience plus 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Masters of Business Analytics (MBAN), or Professional accounting designation (CPA), or Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
- Have a strong background in mathematics and a strong foundation in statistics, regression analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, SQL
- Experience with Oracle or other large ERP systems
- Basic understanding of Planning/Forecasting process including Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Income Statement concepts

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from
$81,500 - $107,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
