Primary Responsibilities:

The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and data warehousing solutions that support the business with data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, data modeling, and database administration, and be able to work collaboratively with business partners and other IT teams to ensure data accuracy, availability, and security.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes that collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources into our data warehouse
Develop and maintain data models, database schemas, and other data structures that support data analytics and reporting
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across the enterprise data landscape
Collaborate with business partners and other IT teams to understand data requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs
Design and implement data security and access controls that comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and data warehousing solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data engineering, data modeling, and database administration
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, and database administration
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and database architecture
Experience with cloud-based data technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficient in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $116,000.00 per year
