Stakeholders’ data needs are understood and met, or exceeded, and the provided solutions are tailored to the business, and data strategies align with business objectives. Generated data analytics effectively address specific business questions, identify trends and patterns, and use historical data to predict future outcomes.

Capability Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or related field.
8 years in data management role(s) or combination of applicable work experience and education.
Working knowledge of cloud architecture and data management practices.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analytics, database design, and data modeling.
Knowledge of data governance, data integration, and management practices.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
Experience with business intelligence tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate with new technologies and methodologies.
Ability to effectively manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Exercise independent judgment while recommending technologies and business solutions.
Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences and multiple levels of leadership across all levels in the organization.
