RST Global Solutions specializes in training mobilization and helping clients ensure all crew members obtain the necessary training irrespective of the country where the offshore vessel will operate. During onboard training process, trainers deliver training that fits client operational schedule. For each training course, there is a theoretical knowledge component and practical activity that provides hands-on experience to all trainees and increase their knowledge in the field.We currently have an immediate opening for a Training Coordinator for our International Oil & Gas Offshore/Onshore markets.This person provides full project management support. This involves the management of a project(s) including all the elements such as operational management, customer management, commercials, planning and strategy.

Mandatory:

Extensive project or administration experience in a medium to large private sector organization. Role requires good organization skills and logical frame of mind, prefer to have commercial or offshore training experience.Tertiary qualification in an appropriate Business discipline. i.e. Commerce Degree Over 5 years in Lower to Middle Management
