SCOPE OF WORK

To assist Facility Manager in planning, managing, controlling and effectively operating on the operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems and equipment in support of the duties of any officer of the company being directed. The scope of responsibility covers all specifications in the contract including:

- Electrical System and Instalation

- Air Conditioning System and Instalation and 'Ventilation'

- Sanitary & Piping Works

- Civil and Structural Works

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for all Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities

2. Assisting Facility Managers in implementing all company policies and strategies in line with regional care procedures

3. Prepare and update the maintenance and ioperation programs in detail

4. Conduct research, drafting methods and planning periodic maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems and equipment

5. To plan and plan the use of human resources in handling Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities

6. Inspecting the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil system before and after maintenancework is carried out

7. Conducting sub-contractor appointments and equipment purchases for Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems.

8. Conduct regular checks on areas and facilities and provide inspection reports to Facility Managers.

9. Prepare and control the budget for all contracts under the Mechanical. Electrical and Civil units and ensure timely and orderly maintenance of records and payments.

10. Ensure Sub-contractor work is completed and done according to specifications.

11. To supervise sub-contractor during renovation work, renovations, upgrades and ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with plans approved by the authorities.

12. Collaborate with other units, departments and divisions to get work permits, work orders and so on.

13. Monitor for spare parts stocks to be sufficient and obtain within the specified timeframe.

14. Inspect and take action on area damage reported by the customer.

15. Preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports relating to Mechanical, Electrical and CIvil works to be submitted to PUTRAJAYA CORPORATION.

16. Attend management and technical courses organized by Perbadanan Putrajaya to improve the quality of work, skills and knowledge.

17. Perform other relavent duties in accordance with company directives from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Diploma in Civil Engineer or related.

1-2 years of experience as Assistant Civil Engineer

Salary range : RM 2300.00 - RM 2700.00 (negotiable)
Expected start date: 19.12.2024
